Orders

1) Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change an address or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@henergysage.com. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

2) Are your pieces handmade? Will mine look exactly like the photos?

Many of our pieces feature natural stones and handmade details. Subtle variations in color, texture, and pattern are normal—each piece is slightly unique.

3) How long does processing take?

Processing time: 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4) How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time (after shipment):

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 6–8 business days (available at checkout)

Customs and local carrier conditions can cause delays. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

5) How much is shipping?
  • Free worldwide standard shipping on orders over US$69.99.
  • US$6 standard shipping for orders below the threshold.
  • Express shipping starts at US$29.99 (shown at checkout; may vary by destination).

6) When will tracking update?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the label is created.

7) What if my package doesn’t arrive?

If your package hasn’t arrived 60 days after it was shipped, contact support@henergysage.com. We will help investigate and offer a reshipment or refund based on the delivery investigation outcome.

8) Do I need to pay customs fees or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import duties/taxes depending on your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

9) What is your return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping is not included unless the issue is caused by us.

10) How do I start a return?

Email support@henergysage.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Item(s) you want to return
  3. Reason for return
  4. Photos (required if damaged/defective/wrong/missing item)

11) My item arrived damaged / defective / wrong / missing—what should I do?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll offer an appropriate resolution (replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case).

12) When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days (bank processing time may take longer). Original shipping fees and paid add-ons are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

13) Do promotions or free gifts affect shipping?

Promotions may have special shipping terms. Free shipping thresholds generally apply to qualifying items, and promotional free items may have separate shipping & handling terms.
