Overview

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you—within the policy below.

30-Day Returns (Unused Items)

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is not included, unless the return is a result of our error (see below).

When We Cover Return Shipping

If your return is due to our mistake (you received an incorrect, missing, or defective item), we will arrange a solution and may cover return shipping as appropriate.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized / custom-made items
  • Final sale items and promotional free gifts
  • Earrings (if applicable) for hygiene reasons, unless defective on arrival

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Wrong Items

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • After an exchange is completed, the exchanged item is generally not eligible for a refund (unless required by law or the item arrives defective).

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@henergysage.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you want to return
  3. The reason for return
  4. Photos (required if damaged/defective/wrong/missing item)

Please do not return your purchase to the address shown on the package. We will confirm the correct return address first.

Refund Timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days (bank processing time may take longer).
  • Original shipping fees and paid add-ons (e.g., gift wrap) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please (1) check your bank statement again, (2) contact your card issuer, (3) contact your bank, and (4) email us if it’s still unresolved.
