The reset (60 seconds)
00–10s — Touch cue
Gently touch your necklace (or any small object you wear daily). Let it mark the pause.
10–30s — Breath + word
Inhale. Exhale. Choose one word: calm or clarity.
30–50s — One question
Ask: “What is the next small step I can take?”
50–60s — Micro action
Close one tab. Drink water. Stand up. Write one sentence. Any tiny action counts.
Make it stick: attach it to a trigger
